Important Information
Please note that in winter the property can only be reached with the Ski Optimal Hochzillertal Cable Car. Lift passes can be purchased at the valley lift station. Please inform the ticket sales staff about your arrival beforehand. Guests are then transported from the Mountain Station to the hotel via a snowmobile by hotel-staff. Cable car ascents are free of charge from 15.00 to 16.00. The cable car stops operating at 16:00. Arrival at Berggasthof Platzlalm is not possible after this. If guests arrive in the valley before 09:00, hotel-staff can pick them up from there with the snowmobile. Snowmobile use is not permitted between 09:00 and 16:00. Cable car descents are free of charge before 10:00. For a descent after 10:00 ski passes must be valid on the day of departure too. Guests can drive to and park at the hotel from June until the end of September.
