Front desk is open 24/7. In case of late arrival, guest are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.. Stag or hen parties are not allowed. Guests are requested to use hotel wrist bands for identification, non hotel guests are not allowed. Spa and parking are not included in rates. Children under 16 years old are not allowed at the Spa. Spa facilities are closed for maintenance from 5th to 12th January 2026. The music festival will be held from July 3 to July 5, 2026 inclusive.
