Important Information
Front desk is open 24/7. Starting from 05/01/2026, the hotel will no longer operate under the Accor / Sofitel brand. On the same day, the renovation of the hotel begins. To facilitate this improvement, the following facilities will be completely closed: the Nile wing, part of the palace wing, the spa, the kebab restaurant, the hotel bar and the 1902 restaurant. During this period, the hotel will operate with a limited number of services, and guests will be able to access: a certain number of rooms in the wing of the palace (overlooking the garden), the Saraya restaurant, the terrace, the Promonade bar and the outdoor pool. All bookings will be made according to the original rates and conditions, and for those bookings that have been confirmed at the Nile Wing, they will be reallocated to the Palace Wing with rooms overlooking the garden. After receiving the re-confirmation, the guests will be provided with a specific new category assigned to their accommodation. If the guest wishes to cancel the guaranteed reservation due to these changes, they will receive a full refund. The cancellation request must be received no later than 03/05/2026.
