Front desk is open 24/7. Possible late check-in before 12:00 AM. Guests must be 21 years of age to book a hotel room and provide proper identification upon check-in. Early Park Admission is provided, allowing access to one of the Universal theme parks up to one hour before other visitors. Complimentary Universal Express Unlimited access is provided at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure. Complimentary transportation is available by shuttle bus and water taxi. A dedicated walking path to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure is provided. Room key charging is available for purchases at Universal shops, with complimentary merchandise delivery to the hotel. Priority seating is available at select restaurants.
